Strengths
Ones start what other people are still discussing. They carry the first risk without being asked, hold a direction under pressure, and are usually the reason a stalled thing moves at all.
The competence is real and it is specific: deciding with incomplete information, then living with the decision long enough for it to work.
Shadow
Impatience read as arrogance. One decides alone, then resents the people who were not consulted, and hears a question as an obstruction.
The other failure is quieter: refusing help so consistently that nobody offers it any more, and calling the resulting isolation independence.
Work
Founding, sales, anything with your name attached to the outcome. Ones do badly under close supervision and well when the brief is a problem rather than a process.
The career risk is starting a fifth thing rather than finishing the first. A one with one long project is formidable.
Love
Ones need a partner with their own centre of gravity — someone unimpressed rather than managed, who will not read a strong opinion as an argument.
Left unchecked, a one runs a relationship the way it runs a project. The correction is asking rather than deciding, on small things, often.
